I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and trauma coach who specializes in guiding you to gently and compassionately reconnect with your whole self—body, mind, and spirit. With advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), NeuroAffective Touch, and the Biology of Trauma, I don’t just teach techniques—I create a sacred, judgment-free space where transformation becomes possible.

No, this is a coaching and educational group. While the work is deeply therapeutic and can lead to profound personal healing, it is not psychotherapy. I am a coach and educator, not a licensed psychotherapist. Coaching focuses on personal development, building skills, and achieving future goals through education and somatic practices. Therapy often focuses more on diagnosis and treating mental health disorders. If you are experiencing a severe mental health crisis, please seek the support of a licensed mental health professional. This group is designed for those who are fundamentally stable but feel stuck in old patterns.

I recommend that you attend a couple of my FREE Tending Together sessions or watch my recordings before joining Befriend Your Story. The group is structured to be accessible. We move at a gentle pace, and I explain concepts clearly. The experiential nature of the work means you learn by doing, in a safe and supported container. If you feel called to explore your inner world with compassion, you are in the right place.

Your safety is my top priority. This is a skill-building group, and a core skill we focus on is regulation. I will guide the group in somatic tools and resources to help you manage activation in real-time. The container is held with care to minimize overwhelm, and the focus is always on your agency and choice. You are always empowered to participate at a level that feels safe for you.

You always have a choice. While sharing and witnessing are powerful aspects of the group experience, you will never be put on the spot or required to share anything you are not comfortable with. You can participate and benefit immensely through self-reflection and witnessing others.

You will need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone (to foster a connected environment), and a private, quiet space where you won’t be interrupted for the duration of the session.
