This Year, Don’t Just Set Goals. Become the Person Who Achieves Them.

Become Who You Are Meant to Be

What if achieving your goals wasn't about pushing harder, but about listening to the parts of you that are already working so hard?

Which part of you is shaping your new year?

The Relentless Nurturer - Tirelessly cares for others while neglecting self-care.

The Watchful Gatekeeper - Constantly scans for threats and dangers to maintain safety.

The Critical Pruner - Uses harsh criticism to shape behavior and prevent failure.

The Dormant Seed - Enforces rest and withdrawal as protection from overwhelm.

The Wise Gardener - Your core compassionate self that holds all parts with understanding.

From Surviving to Thriving

I learned that traditional self-improvement often fails because it fights the very parts of us that learned to survive. By blending somatic awareness with parts work, I found a way to honor these protectors—the Relentless Nurturer, the Watchful Gatekeeper—and understand their fears. This allows your core, Wise Gardener self to gently take the lead. My work is about creating a compassionate inner council, so you can move forward with alignment, not internal conflict. It’s the missing piece to lasting change.

Meet Your Guide

Hey, I'm Kim!

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and trauma coach who specializes in guiding you to gently and compassionately reconnect with your whole self—body, mind, and spirit. With advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), NeuroAffective Touch, and the Biology of Trauma, I don’t just teach techniques—I create a sacred, judgment-free space where transformation becomes possible.

Deep Integration of Modalities: I uniquely weave together somatic awareness, parts work, and nervous system science to help you access and heal what talk therapy alone often can’t reach.

Held with Reverence and Skill: My clients consistently describe my presence as deeply attuned, precise, and safe, allowing you to explore your inner world with confidence and gentle curiosity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this workshop therapy?

No, this is a coaching and educational experience. While the work is deeply therapeutic and can lead to profound personal healing, it is not psychotherapy. I am a coach and educator, not a licensed psychotherapist. Coaching focuses on personal development, building skills, and achieving future goals through education and somatic practices. Therapy often focuses more on diagnosis and treating mental health disorders. If you are experiencing a severe mental health crisis, please seek the support of a licensed mental health professional. This experience is designed for those who are fundamentally stable but feel stuck in old patterns.

What if I get emotionally triggered during a session?

Your safety is my top priority. This is a skill-building group, and a core skill we focus on is regulation. I will guide the group in somatic tools and resources to help you manage activation in real-time. The container is held with care to minimize overwhelm, and the focus is always on your agency and choice. You are always empowered to participate at a level that feels safe for you.

FAQ image

How much do I have to share with the group?

You always have a choice. While sharing and witnessing are powerful aspects of the group experience, you will never be put on the spot or required to share anything you are not comfortable with. You can participate and benefit immensely through self-reflection and witnessing others.

Testimonials

Anita found freedom from the past

Kimberly helped me realize that acknowledging my childhood pain didn’t mean my parents didn’t love me—it meant I could finally comfort the young parts that were still hurting. This acceptance created space for completion and integration that years of talk therapy never reached.

Faye connected with her True Self

Kimberly’s guidance helped me discover that my True Self emerges when I attune to all the parts trying to be heard. Now I can identify when it’s a part having a reaction and respond from my core self—something I never achieved through traditional therapy approaches.

Jeni experienced sacred, somatic healing

What sets Kimberly apart is her sacred approach to the healing space. She operates with such deep reverence for the process that I felt completely safe exploring material that had remained out of reach. Her exceptional attunement creates real physical shifts that validate internal healing.
